Changing your password every few days, every week or every month, this provides an additional security layer to protect your network and servers. The first thing you’ll need to do is go to your WordPress dashboard and go to Plugins > Add New and type in WP Password Policy Manager.
Once installed and activated you will be able to locate the plugin under Settings > Password Policies.
First you can set the amount of time you want a password to stay valid for, then you can begin to set how strong the password is by changing the length needed to set a new password, whether numeric digits are needed and more. You can also reset all users passwords by selecting the Reset All Passwords button. Once complete, select Save Changes.
