Add your Instagram feed to your website

Having all your social media accounts linked together and having all links necessary pointing from your website to your social profiles is very important. It’s also a very good, and smart looking idea to have your Instagram feed on your website.

This is a reasonably difficult process on any other website building platform, but for WordPress, like normal is very easy.

So go to your WordPress Dashboard, select Plugins > Add New and type in Instagram Feed.

Click Install Now and select Activate Plugin.

Once you have done that you will find a new tab on the side menu called Instagram Feed. Select that and you will need to configure your plugin. Simply click Log in and get my Access Token and User ID.

Log in and Authorise the plugin.

You will now have your Access Token and User ID, simply copy and paste those into the boxes below.

Now hit Save Changes. You can now skip to 3. Display Your Feed.

Now select the shortcode [instagram-feed] and paste it in anywhere on your website to integrate your Instagram feed to your website. You can also display multiple other feeds and other Instagram accounts.

Once you have pasted your shortcode onto your website you can then go and customise your feed.

Work your way through the options and just save and refresh your page where the shortcode is located to see your changes.
